Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on most in-line, regular priced items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not authorize a return without proof of purchase. If a returned item is deemed to have been used, it will not be accepted, and will be customer's responsibility to arrange for return to customer.

If your return is accepted, you may use your own shipping service, or we can send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping for all returns unless it is a shipping error on our part. If prepaid shipping label is used, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy
Any customer cancellation request for an order over $399 is subject to 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing costs. We strive to ship out as quickly as possible, so a requested cancellation is not always possible.
We strive to keep an accurate inventory count. However, we are a small mom and pop shop that houses our inventory at our brick and mortar storefronts, not in a warehouse. As such, we may, on occasion, sell an item that has been sold on the sales floor prior to a daily inventory update. In this instance, we will notify the customer of potential item substitutes or that we have cancelled the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want to make you happy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials (batteries), flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sales and closeout items are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible to be returned unless deemed to be defective. We may offer an exchange for a different size/color at, with customer responsible for return and outbound shipping.
Bicycles, including electric bikes are non-returnable items. The only exception is if we ship the incorrect item. If bicycle is determined to be defective (non-cosmetic issue), we will repair or replace the bike or components as necessary. It is to be understood and can be expected that there is a possibility of some minor cosmetic "issues" related to shipping any bike or electric bike due to the heavy nature of the package and handling of shipping companies. Minor cosmetic "blemishes" will not be considered a defect, and thus will not make a bike or electric bike eligible for return.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days less any applicable restock or credit card processing fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
